Food quality, proper human diet and the connection between land and plate are central to our interests, including 2BWL. In our own approach, meat is a primary source of calories and nourishment, alongside eggs and other animal foods. Vegetables and herbs offer micronutrition, culinary variety and support. We explore traditional food preparation, preservation, seasonal eating, home cooking and metabolic health education without treating one diet as right for everyone.
